As another fantastic year of music-making draws to a close, we are excited to invite family, friends, and music lovers to our Shine Music School Concert Series 2026.

More Than Just a Performance
At Shine Music School, we believe that performing is an essential part of musical development. Our annual concerts provide students with a valuable opportunity to experience playing in front of a live audience, helping them build confidence, develop stage presence, and learn how to manage performance nerves in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Having a concert date to work towards also gives students a clear goal and motivation throughout the year. Preparing for a performance teaches important skills such as commitment, focus, preparation, and teamwork – qualities that extend far beyond music itself.
Showcasing a Year of Progress
The concerts are a chance for students to share the music they have been working on throughout the school year. From beginner performers taking their first steps onto the stage to advanced musicians presenting more challenging repertoire, each performance reflects months of dedication, practice, and growth.
Our Combo Concert will feature ensemble performances, highlighting the excitement and collaboration that comes from making music together. The Beginners Concert celebrates students who are starting their musical journey, while the Advanced Concert showcases the talent, musicianship, and achievements of our more experienced performers.
A Celebration of the Shine Community
Perhaps most importantly, these events bring together the entire Shine community. Students have the opportunity to support one another, families can celebrate their children’s achievements, and teachers can witness the results of a year’s hard work and dedication.
We are incredibly proud of all our students and grateful for the commitment of our Shine teaching staff, whose passion and expertise help make these musical journeys possible. Their guidance, encouragement, and support play a vital role in every student’s progress.
We look forward to celebrating with you at La Violeta and sharing an inspiring series of performances that showcase the talent, effort, and enthusiasm that make Shine Music School such a special community.
It’s time for our Summer Beginner Concert! The concert will take place at La Violeta in Gracia at 17:00h on the 15th of June! Come and support the students as they perform their musical pieces. The Shine Concerts are a family affair with a relaxed atmosphere. We encourage all our students to perform, as performance is an integral part of the musical experience.

Harmonizing Talent: The Power of Collaborative Music Making!
At Shine Music School, we believe in the power of collaboration and orchestrated teamwork. That’s why we offer Combo Classes, where individual students of the school come together to form ensembles or bands based on their musical interests and skill levels.
Shine Combos Concert
These combos provide a unique learning experience that fosters teamwork, creativity, and musical growth. By working closely with their peers, students not only learn to listen and adapt to others’ playing styles but also gain valuable insights into the dynamics of group performance. This collaborative approach not only enhances their technical proficiency but also nurtures their musical expression and confidence on stage.
One of the highlights of the year at Shine is our annual Combo Concert. This eagerly anticipated event provides our bands with the opportunity to showcase their hard work and talent in front of family and friends at a local venue. The experience of performing live is invaluable for students, as it allows them to apply what they’ve learned in a real-world setting and connect with their audience on a deeper level.
Combos Concert
From mastering stage presence to overcoming nerves, our Combo Concerts offer students a platform to shine and celebrate their musical achievements. Moreover, the sense of accomplishment and camaraderie fostered through these performances leaves a lasting impact, motivating students to continue pursuing their passion for music with dedication and enthusiasm.
Our Combos concert is happening this Saturday. Shine Music Schools combos give our students the unique opportunity to play as part of a band, a choir, an orchestra or more. Not only do students benefit from actively learning how their chosen instrument or singing can work with others, but its also a fun way to share a love of music. Come and support some of our groups as they perform on Saturday at the La Violeta Cultural Center in Gracia
