Redemption: This gift voucher (the Voucher) can be redeemed only at Estudio Shine or The Shine School of Music.
Use: Subject to these terms and conditions, the Voucher covers the number of hours of classes purchased, whether that is a single hour or several hours.
Single Use: The Voucher is redeemed once. Once it has been redeemed by a student it cannot be used again or by anyone else.
Validity: The Voucher is valid for a period of a year from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. All hours must be used within that period; any hours not used by the end of it are lost.
No Refunds: The Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, and no refunds will be given for any unused hours of the Voucher.
Transferable: The Voucher can be given to someone else if the recipient cannot (or chooses not to) redeem it. The school must be informed by the original recipient, so that we can update the Voucher.
Rescheduling Individual Lessons or Non-attendance: If the student needs to reschedule an individual lesson, they must notify the school (either the teacher or the secretary) at least 48 hours in advance. A rescheduled lesson must be made up within the same calendar month. Lessons that are not made up within the same calendar month, or for which the student fails to notify the school at least 48 hours in advance of their absence, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be caught up.
Combination with Other Offers: The Voucher may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated.
Redemption Limitations: The Voucher may have limitations on the type of products or services it can be used for, as specified on the Voucher itself.
Cancellation and Modification: Shine Music School (Estudio Shine) reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms and conditions of this Voucher at any time without notice.
Right of Admission: The school reserves the admission right and can cease cooperation with any student failing to meet the basic advancement requirements in their chosen field of study.
External Agreements: Any agreements made outside of this policy need to be documented in writing and approved by the school’s director.
