Cello and Singing Lessons

Lucrecia Carrizo teaches cello and singing at the Shine School of Music in Barcelona.

Lucrecia Carrizo is an Argentinian cellist, singer, and composer who has lived in Barcelona for the past three years. With a solid career, she debuted as a soloist with the EP ‘Arena’ (2022), after several years participating in collaborative projects.

Since then, she has performed concerts and toured throughout Argentina, Spain, and Germany. She is currently presenting her latest album, “El Impulso del Sol” (The Impulse of the Sun). Trained from a young age, she studied at the Domingo Zípoli Institute (Córdoba, Argentina) and graduated as a Choir Director, later obtaining degrees in Instrumental Performance (cello) and in Music Education from the National University of Córdoba. She has recorded works such as ‘Nido’ (Nest) with the Flor Sur trio, and a self-titled album with the Tren duo. She was also a member of the Academic Orchestra of the Teatro del Libertador for several years. In addition to leading her solo project, she collaborates as a session musician on recordings and live performances with other artists, enriching her repertoire and keeping her active as a performer.

She combines her artistic activity with teaching, giving cello and voice lessons.
